More from the inspections
you already run.
Your technicians are in the machine room every week. MASSCORE turns what they see into a condition score for every machine and a record of every issue, so you can explain your plant and your spending with facts behind you.
No extra visits. No sensors to install. Built for industrial ammonia refrigeration.

Nothing new on the schedule. A lot more out of it.
Your plant already pays for weekly checks, monthly PMs, quarterly service and an annual walk-through. Most of what those visits find ends up in a service ticket or a binder. MASSCORE captures it in a form you can use, during the work that is already happening.
Built around how a plant actually runs.
One place for the condition of every compressor, condenser, vessel and coil. The same screens on a desktop in the office and a phone in the machine room.
Every machine, drawn the way a technician sees it.
Each machine gets a live drawing. Parts are colored by condition, fans stop turning when they are down, and control valves sit on their lines.
- Problems show where they are, not buried in a report.
- Readings sit beside the machine, graded against normal bands for that equipment.
- Every inspection is on file, with who did it and what changed.

A ledger that never loses an item.
Anything found on a visit opens a finding. It stays open until a person confirms it was fixed, and it is kept forever.
- Seen again, counted once. The record shows how often an issue came back.
- Clears on evidence. When the next inspection reads good, it shows as observed clear.
- Nothing is deleted. Every change is logged with who and when.

Guided questions on a phone
Five written conditions per question. The technician picks the one that matches what they see.

The whole floor at a glance
A floor plan of every room and coil, colored by condition, with the latest room temperatures. Tap a coil to open it.

Down fans cost what they should
A fan that is not running is lost airflow, so it counts right away, scaled by how many fans the unit has.

Every machine in one list
Health and integrity side by side, grouped by system, so the weak spots stand out.

The control screen and the machine room floor, side by side.
Your control system tells you how the plant is running. Your technicians know how it actually looks, sounds and feels. Until now those lived in different places. MASSCORE puts them on one screen.

What the technicians found
Every inspection answer lands on the machine it belongs to, so a leaking seal or a dead fan shows on the drawing, not in a binder.
Drawn like your control screen
A floor plan of every room and coil, and an engine room view of compressors, vessels and piping, each colored by condition.
Your control system, connected
In development: tie your control system in, and its live readings sit beside what was found on the floor. Everything about the plant, in one place.
One number can't tell you whether to repair or replace.
So every machine gets two. MASS is health: the parts that wear and get replaced. CORE is integrity: what the machine has been through, which a new part doesn't undo.
One compressor, one year.
In July the shaft seal failed and MASS fell. The seal was replaced in August and MASS came straight back. In October the annual review found more corrosion on the housing, so CORE stepped down, and it stays down.
Read together: a well-maintained machine that is starting to show its age. Keep maintaining it, and watch the casing.
A score is only as good as the inspections behind it and the follow-through on what they find. MASSCORE makes both easy, and shows you when either one is slipping.
Every answer is kept as given
Each answer is saved with the question and the value it carried that day. Changing the method later never rewrites history.
Adjustments are shown
Where a plant runs differently by design, the changed limit needs a written reason and an approval, and it shows next to the score.
Condition, not prediction
MASSCORE never claims to know when a machine will fail. It shows condition, early warnings, and what is still open.
The condition layer your platform doesn't have.
Routine maintenance answers feed your mechanical integrity section, scored the same way at every site.
